Smriti Dixit

Born in 1971, Smriti Dixit received her B.F.A. from M.S. University in Baroda in 1994. Since graduation, she has been part of several solo and group shows. Some of the notable exhibitions that she has participated in include "50 Years of Independence" curated by Palani Appan and a multi-city group show organized by the National Gallery of Modern Art in Kolkata, Mumbai, and New Delhi, curated by Ratnottama Sengupta. Smriti was awarded the Raza Foundation Award and has exhibited her work alongside renowned abstractionists from India, such as Syed Haider Raza, Akhilesh, Manish Pushkale, and others.
