Shipra Bhattacharya

Born in 1954 in Kolkata, West Bengal, Shipra Bhattacharya graduated from the University of Calcutta in 1975. She began exhibiting her works from Kolkata and held her first solo show in 1981. Shipra Bhattacharya has participated in numerous group shows and several art workshops, including a 2005 Dubai art camp. Four portfolios of drawings and graphics have been made from Shipra's works, and her paintings can be found in various public, corporate, and private collections both in India and abroad.
