Anwar Khan

Born in 1964 in Ambah, Madhya Pradesh, Anwar Khan completed his National Diploma in Fine Arts from Gwalior, M.P. He has had many solo shows in Gwalior, Bhopal, Mumbai, Bengaluru, New Delhi, and Chennai. He has also participated in selected group shows, including the Bharat Bhavan Biennale of International Prints, Bhopal in 1991, the 6th International Independent Exhibition, Japan in 1990, the Indo-Russian International Art Exhibition, New Delhi in 1991, and International show Com-Art, Korea. He has received many awards, including the Bharat Bhavan Biennale, Bhopal in 1990, Honourable Mention in 1990, National Award, L.K.A., New Delhi, the Government of India Scholarship, and the Fellowship H.R.D. Ministry, 1993-94.
