Anjaneyulu, born in Garidepally, Andhra Pradesh, is known for his super-realistic works of art. He skillfully plays with colours to create vases that appear to be made of real metal, with reflections that enhance the beauty of the work. He has a keen eye for the mundane objects around him, elevating them to iconic status in his works. Against a large white surface, he places these images in a central position, creating a surreal and majestic effect. Anjaneyulu holds a B.F.A. from J.N.T. University, Hyderabad, and has had many solo exhibitions throughout India. His works are held by numerous private collectors in India and abroad.
